The Global Sound Map
Sound Map projects have been created in several countries around the world, they are an interesting form of exploration and discovery. The Sound Librarian Sound Map is designed to inspire students to explore and discover.
The map logs sites around the world that have been discovered as part of the travels of the Sound Librarian team. Each site provides an image, some basic information and a sound recording. The Sound Map will continue to expand with eventual plans to open it up to students around the world to add their own discoveries to share with their global neighbors.
